• Due to flower ordering and staffing rosters no refunds are possible. You can sell / give your ticket to someone else, please let us know the new participant’s name and contact details.


• Any children need to be supervised at all times, we suggest having another person watch your child so you can relax and enjoy.


• During the class you are welcome to take photographs and video recording but please obtain your fellow participants consent.


• Please note we don’t allow outside food or beverages during the Workshop.


• By attending this event you consent for you, and any persons you are responsible for, being photographed and/or filmed and agree that Aphelion and other organisations may use the resulting photographs and film for promotional purposes, including by publishing them in print and other media. Please see one of our event staff if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
